Shipping Policy

  1. We dispatch orders within 2-4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  2. The shipping fee for orders above AED 100 is free.
  3. The shipping fee for orders below AED 100 is AED 15. If orders placed are from remote areas the shipping will take 5-10 working days and there will be an additional shipping fee irrespective of the value of the order.
  4. The orders placed from no service areas will be cancelled and any payment done against the orders will be refunded within 4-5 working days.
